On January 17, 2013 Ifill Events hosted recent graduated from all sixteen school of Columbia University for a “Winter Wonderland” themed cocktail reception at one of New York City’s best seasonal attractions in the heart of Midtown. Celsius at Bryant Park, to the surprise of many of the guests, is located directly inside of the park. It is also next to Bryant Park’s seasonal ice skating rink which The New York Times rightfully dubbed as “NYC’s best”! Celsius’ two story restaurant features glass enclosed lounges with spectacular views of the ice skating rink, its holiday tree and of course the beautiful, historic park itself. The heated, outdoor terrace offered the most stunning view while guests inside enjoyed a full open bar, and tasty passed hors d’ouevres.
Although a beautiful night was had by all, the most important aspect of the evening was the generous donations of coats made by the guests to NY Cares, one of New York City’s largest volunteer management organizations. Now in its 25th year, the NY Cares coat drive has received over 100,000 requests for coats this winter and is in need of help like ours and yours!
